Liverpool is the city that gave you The Beatles, fit fellas, more museums and galleries than anywhere else in the country* and a whole host of Instagrammable locations guaranteed to make your feed the envy of every wannabe ‘Social Influencer’.

*apart from London, obviously. *eye roll*

If your feed (which still isn’t in chronological order because Instagram still haven’t got round to giving the people what they want) hasn’t yet been graced with a picture of the umbrellas by Primark in town then chances are you’re not following anyone from Liverpool.

Every Scouser and their dog has now taken a snap of the iconic installation, created to raise awareness of ADHD and Autism, but that’s not where Liverpool’s Instagram opportunities end.

Spending just a few hours in Merseyside will guarantee you enough iconic images to fill your feed with for months to come and always hit those double or even triple figure likes.

You’re spoilt for choice with where to snap away across the city but we’ve managed to whittle it down to the…

Top 8 Most Instagram Friendly Locations in Liverpool:

1The Baltic Triangle Liver Bird Wings

Paul Curtis should be given Freedom of the City for Services to Instagram with his art mural in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle. Hundreds have already headed down to Jamaica Street to transform themselves into an iconic Liver Bird and bag themselves a brand new profile picture.

The @scousebirdsalon is fully open and ready to have you all in for a pamper and we cannot WAIT to meet you all. We're a 7 day salon and we're working towards being fully staffed on all of those days (but we do still have the odd day to rent FYI) – walk ins are welcome but to be on the safe side you can book online. No human interaction required! Just follow the link in @scousebirdsalon bio xxx

Okay, so I may be a little bias given that I’m writing this while sat in the Scouse Wonderland itself but it’s testament to the shop that it’s taken me so long to actually get round to doing any work as I’ve been too busy snapping away at everything around me.

As for a sneak peek of the cute stuff you can buy in there, look no further.

The Scouse Bird Shop, Inside RENTASPACE, (big yellow building) 9 Dunnings Bridge Rd, Aintree, Liverpool, L30 6UU

3Avocado is bae, Bold Street

A millennial pink wall? Check. Located on a street full of independent bars, cafes and restaurants? Tick. A tribute to the vegetable that young people spend all their money on rather than a deposit for a house? Yup.  This is a bit of street art made for Instagram.

Painted on the side of the Fashion Blogger Friendly eatery, Love Thy Neighbour, no trip to Liverpool is complete without a shot of social media’s favourite bit of graffiti.

4The Cavern Club

Of course we had to mention a Beatles related location – you can’t visit Liverpool and get a few Fab Four related snaps. Mathew St is haven to get your fill of John, Paul, Ringo and George and you can even get a snap with Cilla too these days – two birds, one stone.

5The Shankly Hotel

It’s been called The Most Instagrammable Hotel Room in the UK and just one look at the Garden of Eden suite and you’ll know while. This celeb favourite is the ultimate room to stay in whilst visiting Liverpool to ensure you add a little something special to your selfies. When you’re done taking advantage of the floral décor you can head down to The Bastion Bar & Restaurant to have a drink amongst a host of iconic football memorabilia – After all, your Instagram feed needs some variety to keep your followers on their toes.

6Ghetto Golf

Golf, the middle aged man’s favoured pastime, has had a hipster injection with Liverpool’s Ghetto Golf. There’s no sandwiches being eaten with knives and forks at this golf club; it’s more beer, burgers and neon signs as you make your way around the course.

******************************** 📌Percy Street + 📸Photo Cred: @leepee25 + 🌺Spring has finally arrived in the Neighbourhood so it's time to get this feed looking all pretty and colourful. The Neighbourhood is probably the best in the city for seasons as there are plenty of trees and green spaces which transform the area throughout the year. So it's time to leave the grey and white pictures of winter behind and to start watching the neighbourhood wake up. #️⃣Please hashtag your spring pictures #lovegeorgianquarter to be featured.
